Watercare’s 2010 Annual Report has continued its winning streak, collecting the award for Best Annual Report by a Public Sector Organisation at this week’s New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants (NZICA) 2011 Leadership Awards in Wellington.
NZICA Chief Executive Terry McLaughlin commended the quality of all the winning reports, saying; “The calibre of the winners is a reflection of our members as outstanding business practitioners.”
Wednesday night’s award made it a clean sweep for the 2010 report in all the major reporting awards Watercare entered this year.
The report has already picked up a Gold Award at the Australasian Reporting Awards and the Association of Chartered Certified Accounts (ACCA) Sustainability Reporting Awards.
