Customer classification


Trade waste customers are classified as either deemed or conditional:

-    Those with discharges that we consider negligible risk are classified deemed and must follow the conditions set out in the bylaw but do not need a Trade Waste Agreement.

- Those with discharges that we consider higher risk are classified conditional and must follow the regulations set out in the bylaw and have a Trade Waste Agreement. The agreement will set out your discharge limits and monitoring criteria. In general, higher risk customers require more frequent monitoring.
