Billing & Payment

Monthly billing

​In July 2012, Watercare changed to monthly billing. Previously you received your bill every three or six months, depending on the billing cycle of your former council - now you will receive a bill each month.

Note that your July bill was likely to cover an irregular period such as 36, 51 or 108 days. This is because it was a transition or “one-off” bill. Your first monthly bill will arrive in August.
