Billing & Payment

You will receive a bill from Watercare on a regular basis. We offer a range of easy and convenient ways to pay this bill. The easiest method is by direct debit. Each time a bill is raised you will receive a copy of it and the account will be paid automatically. Download a direct debit form or call our customers services centre on (09) 442 2222 to request one by post.

One of the advantages of direct debit is that you will always pay your bill on time. If you do not pay your bill within 17 days of the bill due date, you may be charged a late payment administration fee of $7 or 1% of the overdue balance per month, whichever is greater.
