At Watercare, we want to make it as easy as possible for you access our services online. This page contains information about how to register for online account services and access our online and downloadable forms.
Accessing your account online
Metrowater customers who had previously registered to view account information and bills on the Metrowater website should be able to sign in to their account on the new Watercare website using the same email address and password.
All other customers will need to wait to receive their first Watercare bill then go to our registration page. To pay your old water bill by credit card today you can call us on (09) 442 2222 and speak with a Customer Advisor.
