Change Of Lease

This form should be completed and submitted at least three working days prior to the required final meter reading date.

All the fields marked with * below are mandatory.

Step 6: Final meter reading and bill

Let us know your contact details so we can confirm the meter reading and contact you in case we have to reschedule the meter reading.

Watercare will book a final reading on the required reading date. Please allow three working days prior to your request.

Step 7: Lease documentation

You must provide lease documentation. It can be sent to our postal address.

To get this change made, simply send us a

  • copy of the signed lease agreement, including the first schedule showing the lease term and the new lessee’s name and full contact details. We will open a new account and they will receive future invoices.
OR
  • A letter from the property owner accepting responsibility of holding the water and/or wastewater account in their name.
