Paperless Billing Terms and Conditions

The use of Watercare’s paperless bill facility is subject to the following terms and conditions along with Watercare’s customer charter and terms, called Working with you, for residential and non-residential customers. 

  1. By registering to receive your Watercare bill by email you will no longer receive a paper bill by post.

  2. If you register for the paperless bill service within seven days of your next bill being posted, you may not receive your paperless bill until the following billing period.

  3. You may elect to switch back to receiving paper bills on an on-going basis at any time by notifying us at the paperless bill de-register page, in writing, or by calling our customer services team on  (09) 442 2222.

  4. You will be deemed to have received any bill or notification sent to your email address three days after we have sent it to you.

  5. Watercare may charge an administration fee if, while registered for this service, you request bill copies to be mailed to you via standard post.
