Paperless Billing

At Watercare, we’re always looking for ways to make life a little easier as well as ways to be kinder to the environment. Paperless billing is one way that we can achieve both. With a paperless e-bill, you’ll receive the exact same billing information as usual, but without the clutter and hassle of a physical bill to sort and file. 

 

Enjoy paperless convenience

By registering for paperless billing, you can securely access your invoice from any computer, anywhere. It means you can check your account even if you’re away on holiday or overseas. And of course, if you’re a landlord, it’s easy to forward your bill on to tenants to pay.  

 

How it works

Once you’ve registered for paperless billing, we’ll send you an email when your bill is available online. You can view your current bill and up to 24 previous bills. To make life even easier, you can pay your bill by almost any method including internet banking, direct debit and credit card. Find out more about ways to pay your Watercare bill.
