The Rain Forest Express departs from Jacobson's Depot, 280 Scenic Drive, Titirangi - about five kilometres from Titirangi Village. Please note that pre-bookings are essential. Approximately five days notice is advisable. Credit card payments can be made at the time of booking, credit card and eft-pos payment facilities are also available at Jacobson's Depot.

However, voicemail is checked regularly throughout the day and any messages will be returned as soon as possible. Please note that the bookings office is not open on weekends or public holidays.
