Watercare Laboratory Service's focus is to provide a quality, accredited, laboratory service to help meet customers needs in providing responsive water, wastewater, environmental solids and air quality analysis for public health, industrial and environmental needs.

The laboratory also recognises that customer needs go beyond analysis to providing high levels of customer service, electronic methods of data transfer, quality assurance and sampling services.

The Laboratory Services has a wide customer base ranging from many local authorities, water and waste water companies, engineering consultants to other industries in New Zealand and overseas.
