Language support

You don't need to register for our priority assistance programme to access our translation service. All you need to do is contact us either via phone or our website chat service and advise us that you require a translator. Alternatively, a loved one can contact us on your behalf. Once that initial contact is made, our team will identify the language translation service required.

Our team

We have a number of team members who are fluent in multiple languages including Te Reo Māori, Hindi and Mandarin. If they are available to help you or your loved one, the call will be transferred to them and they will assist with your enquiry. If you prefer to chat by typing your messages to us, click here to access our online chat service.

Ezy Speak translation service

If our team is unable to help you or your loved one, your call will be transfered to Ezy Speak where an interpreter can be made available straight away or a call can be booked in for another time. The translation service will allow you to communicate freely with one of the Ezy Speak team who will translate your enquiry to our staff member.
