If your medical condition or disability makes you feel vulnerable when there is a lack of water available, we can offer support. You can choose from a variety of support options, which includes having water available at all times.

The services we can offer are:

  • You can choose to be notified of water outages in your area and have bottled water delivered to your home free of charge during outages. That way, you're never without water.

  • ​You can choose to have our team check your water meter if you are concerned.

  • ​We'll help you set up a friend or family member as an alternate contact on your account.

  • ​If you are facing financial difficulty, support is available here. That support ranges from payment plans to financial support for customers struggling to manage their water and wastewater costs. Customers may also be entitled to assistance from Work and Income.

How do I register for priority assistance?

Our team will then review your application and will be in touch to let you know if you've been accepted onto the programme.
