When you pay your bill in full, your account balance is zero. This applies until we send you the next bill.
Here’s how to get your account balance:
Call us on (09) 442 2222 and press 3 to talk to our billing services team. We can answer your query faster if you have your account number ready for us. You can find it in the top right hand corner of your bill. If you don’t have your account number we will be able to find your account with your property address.

Use MyAccount and check your account details any time.
Log in and go to Overview. The balance and amount due are set out under ‘Accounts’.
