Pushpay is a payment partner of Watercare. Pushpay lets you use your smartphone to pay the amount owing any time, on or before the due date, and manage recurring payments. Payments can be made from your bank account or credit card.
With Pushpay you control how you pay your bill by using your smart phone to:
When your water bill is ready you will receive a text with a link to pay via Pushpay. Just click the link in the text message and follow the instructions.
Once you have made your first payment in Pushpay, it will automatically remind you about your next bill and you will just need to approve payment using your fingerprint with touch ID or passcode.
You are always in control of when and how you pay your water bill.
If you have received a text message from our partner, Pushpay, just click on the link within the text and follow the instructions to set up your Pushpay account.

If you have a direct debit or recurring credit card set up, we advise you to cancel these payment methods.
You can begin paying your water bill through the Pushpay app immediately.
You can sign up for Pushpay if you have multiple accounts. But please be aware that you will receive a separate text message for every account set up with Pushpay. These will be sent to the mobile phone number linked to each account.
Pushpay allows you to use a different bank account or credit card for each property.
Pushpay is a quick and easy option. However we offer many other payment methods. You will always be able to choose how you pay your Watercare bill. View all payment options
If you have signed up to Pushpay, you can switch to other payment methods at any time. Call us at (09) 442 2222 and select option 3, or email us at email@example.com, to change the way you pay your water bill.
Autopay can be used to automate the payment of your water bill each month. Don’t worry – you are still kept informed and in control.
Autopay lets your bill be paid on the due date from the credit card or bank account that you select. You will still receive a text message when your bill is first prepared, telling you how much the bill is for and when the payment will be made. You will also receive a text message when your bill is automatically paid.
To pause Autopay, just open the Pushpay App and turn Autopay off.
