New website means you can do more online

7/11/2017

You told us our old website did not meet your expectations. It was hard to find what you were looking for and frustrating to use.

We’ve taken your feedback and used it to create a new website with intuitive navigation, intelligent searching and a suite of new features.

It’s mobile friendly, so you can easily pay your bill or check your account from any device.

The customer self-service zone means you can make both part and full payments online, easily sign up for e-billing and see your transaction history.

If you have fixed a water leak and think you may qualify for a leak allowance, you can apply for a partial credit online using MyAccount.

The new account2account function connects you with your online banking system so you can pay your bill with a few clicks of the mouse.

New online forms make it easier to request a final meter reading or a special meter reading.

Landlords no longer have to call us to opt-in or opt-out of the annual wastewater charge. Instead they can make the request online.

Building the new website is part of our commitment to improve the level of service we offer our customers. And further improvements are in the pipeline. You will soon be able to use the website to report a fault or overflow, register for notification of outages in your area and apply to connect to our services.

Customers with existing online accounts
Now that the self-service zone is available, if you have an existing online account with us, you will be asked to enter a new password when you go to sign in. You will receive a verification code by email, and will need to enter this before you can access your account.
