Tenant authorisation

If you are the landlord/property owner, please complete the following information to authorise a tenant to deal directly with us about the water account.

If you are a tenant and your landlord or agent has not given you authority, we cannot discuss an account with you.

An authorised tenant can:
  • receive the water bill
  • ask us about bills, charges and payments
  • register with MyAccount and manage the water account online.

Authorised tenants are not able to:

  • change the mailing or email address or name on the water account
  • request a special or final meter reading
  • ask for an account history dating before the current tenancy
  • authorise any other person or party to access the account
  • ask us specific information about the landlord.
