Register with MyAccount

To register, all you need is your latest bill and a valid email address. For easy step-by-step instructions on how to register, watch the video below, then once you're registered skip over to our second video to find out the top five things you can do in MyAccount.

Who can register?

If you want to set up your account online, you need to be an existing customer and have an account with us. 

If you are a tenant, you can register using the water account details for your property. If you are an authorised tenant, you can take all of the actions below. If you are unauthorised, you can still register and pay your bills online. Learn more: Authorising tenants

Using MyAccount you can:

  • pay bills or set up direct debit

  • check your account balance

  • switch to or cancel e-billing

  • update contact details

  • view or print previous bills

  • apply for a leak allowance

  • print a copy of a past bill

  • connect to Xero.

You can also manage multiple accounts.

Before you register, please have your latest water bill handy.

We need to know:

  • your Watercare account number

  • the date on the bill

  • the balance on the bill.

We will then create your online account, and link your property to it.
