In the meantime, you can get a copy of your latest bill by registering for MyAccount. Please use your previous bill to complete registration. Alternatively, to make a payment please go to Pay Now, enter your account number and your latest balance will be displayed.

Who can register?
If you want to set up your account online, you need to be an existing customer and have an account with us.
If you are a tenant, you can register using the water account details for your property. If you are an authorised tenant, you can take all of the actions below. If you are unauthorised, you can still register and pay your bills online. Learn more: Authorising tenants
Using MyAccount you can:
pay bills or set up direct debit
check your account balance
switch to or cancel e-billing
update contact details
view or print previous bills
apply for a leak allowance
print a copy of a past bill
connect to Xero.
You can also manage multiple accounts.
Before you register, please have your latest water bill handy.
