Having trouble logging in? Clearing your cache may help – here’s how to do it

Some customers may be having trouble changing their passwords or logging in using certain browsers.

We’re working on a solution but in the meantime, if you are unable to change your password or log in, you can try clearing your cache.

To clear the cache, press Shift+Ctrl+Delete at the same time.

If you are using Internet Explorer, you will get a pop-up that looks like this:

Select the history you would like to clear and click "Delete".

If you are using Chrome, you will get this screen:

Select the data you would like to delete and click "Clear data".
