Trouble signing in to your account? Here's a guide


Welcome to our new, mobile-friendly website.

Our customer self-service zone has been redesigned to include a number of features that make it easier for our customers to pay their bill online, sign up to e-billing or direct debit and view their transaction history.

The upgrade means that when you go to log in to your existing online account for the first time since the new website went live, you will need to follow the instructions to verify that you are indeed the account holder.

Logging in to your Watercare account for the first time? You will need to change your password. Here are the steps:

1. Click the ‘Log in’ button on the top right-hand corner.

2. It will take you to this page. Please click on the words ‘change your password’.

3. You then need to enter the email address you use to sign in to your account and click ‘Send verification code’.

4. A verification code will be sent to the inbox of the email address you entered. Make sure you open a separate tab to check your email and don't lose this login screen. When you have entered it in the verification code box, please click ‘Verify code’. Then click 'Continue'.

5. You will then need to create a password for your account. Enter your new password. Confirm the password. Then click ‘Continue’.

6. It will then take you to the normal sign-in page. Please enter the email address you use to sign in for your account and the password you just created. Click ‘Sign in’
