We are currently under interim regulatory oversight by the Commerce Commission, as set out in the Watercare Charter. The Charter sets expectations in key areas, including requirements to report and publish information so the public can see how we’re tracking. This page features our economic reporting.
What's new
Our latest publication is the Infrastructure Delivery and Asset Management Improvement Plan which outlines the actions we will take over the next two years to improve infrastructure delivery and asset management. This will ensure the communities we serve receive better outcomes, value for money and greater accountability.
