Ngā wai o Waikato
Waikato water
We operate Waikato district's water services.
From 1st October 2019, we began operating Waikato district’s water, wastewater and storm water services. It’s not the first time we’ve worked together - since 2010 we’ve provided wastewater services and drinking water to Tūākau and Pōkeno communities.
Waikato District Council will continue to own all the assets, while we manage the water, wastewater and storm water infrastructure above and below ground.
Our new contract combines Council’s local knowledge and our expertise in the water and wastewater industry. We’re proud be continuing our relationship with Waikato District Council.
