Project Overview
The Jonathan Place Wastewater Upgrades Project in Sunnynook involves installing a larger pipeline, constructing three new manholes, and upgrading existing manhole at the end of the Jonathan Place cul-de-sac. Once complete, the project will help reduce wastewater overflows, support population growth in Sunnynook and nearby suburbs, and improve the reliability of the local infrastructure. These upgrades will create a stronger, more resilient wastewater network that will accommodate future demand and protect the local environment.
Construction is expected to be completed by early 2026.
