In the event that COVID-19 related restrictions are in place which prevent us from holding a physical Board meeting, we may decide to hold a virtual Board meeting via Microsoft Teams.
Our Board meetings are open to the public. Should COVID-19 restrictions allow, the meeting will be held in person and members of the public may attend. For more information on how we are approaching the Covid-19 situation, please click here. Please do not attend the meeting in person if you are feeling unwell. If you would like to attend an in-person meeting, please notify us in advance by clicking here.
If the meeting cannot be held in person due to COVID-19 restrictions, members of the public may request to attend via Microsoft Teams. For those wishing to attend a meeting via Microsoft Teams, please notify us in advance by clicking here to send a request. We can then provide you with a link to the Microsoft Teams meeting. Alternatively, members of the public who are unable to attend via Microsoft Teams may click here to send questions or comments to the Board.
