Request a final meter reading
To request a final reading you can:
Please provide these details:

Account holder’s name

Watercare account number or the property address as shown on the Watercare bill

Settlement date or final meter read date (note: meters are read Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays, and we require at least 3 days’ notice)

Billing method, ideally e-billing

Confirmation you are authorised to act on behalf of the account holder.
