To request a final reading you can:
Please give us these details:
account holder’s name
Watercare account number or the property address as shown on the Watercare bill
settlement date or final meter read date (note: meters are read Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays, and we require at least 3 days’ notice)
billing method, ideally e-billing
confirmation you are authorised to act on behalf of the account holder.
