It’s a good idea to check whether your next bill is due within 14 days, and has a debit balance. You may want to leave the money in your account, to reduce the amount to pay.
How to request a refund:
There are three ways you can request a refund:

2. Use MyAccount
- Log in and click ‘Accounts’ in the top bar. Look for the ‘Account balance’ column. If your account is in credit for $20 or more, the link will show for ‘Request a refund’.
