Meter readings

Reading a water meter

Your water meter measures the amount of water (in kilolitres/kL) that our pipe supplies to your property.

The dial on the meter shows how much water you have used – this is the meter reading.

We aim to have a meter reader visit your property every second month to record the reading. We use this figure to calculate your water use and your bill. If you receive two estimations in a row, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate. Click here to contact us.
