4. Conditions of this application

  1. You can only apply for one meter reclassification change per meter within a 12-month period.
  2. A customer must operate under the terms of our customer contract.
  3. A meter is classified, not the customer.
  4. A meter can be classified as domestic or non-domestic, but not both.
  5. In accordance with our contract, any non-domestic use classifies a meter as non-domestic.

This application will not be processed unless all the fields are completed.

We reserve the right to refuse reclassification of a meter, or transfer a meter to its previous classification if these conditions are not met.

We will process this application within 10 working days of receiving this signed form.
