There is no charge if you use MyAccount.
Log in and go to ‘Billing history’ in the top bar. Select the account and month you want, and select ‘Show bills’. Then select ‘Download’ beside the bill you want.
If you are a tenant, you must be authorised by your landlord to manage the account online. Learn more: Authorising tenants

You can email [email protected] with your name, account number and the date of the bill that you need a copy of. We will apply the appropriate charge to your account.
Alternatively, phone us on (09) 442 2222, press 2. Please have your account number handy – you can find this in the top right corner of your bill.
