If you are a tenant and your landlord or agent has not given you authority, we cannot discuss an account with you.
An authorised tenant can:
- receive the water bill
- ask us about bills, charges and payments
- register with MyAccount and manage the water account online.
Authorised tenants are not able to:
- change the mailing or email address or name on the water account
- request a special or final meter reading
- ask for an account history dating before the current tenancy
- authorise any other person or party to access the account
- ask us specific information about the landlord.
