Registering with our website

Steps for setting up your online account

1. On the homepage, click on the "Register" button in the top righthand corner.

2. You will be directed to the registration page. Enter a valid email address in the "Email address" field. Please make sure that:

  • The email address has one @ character
  • The email address does not end with the @ character
  • There are no spaces in the email address
  • There is at least one full stop (dot) to the right of the @character

You can use these online services to check if the email address is valid:

3. Once you have entered a valid email address, click the "Send verification code" button. The system will send a verification code to the email address you have entered. The verification code will expire 5 minutes after you click "Send verification code" button. It is important that you open your emails in a new tab or window and don't navigate away from the Watercare registration page.

4. Once you have opened your emails in a new tab or window, look for the verification code. The email will be from “Microsoft on behalf of Watercare Services Ltd". The subject line will read,  “Watercare Services Ltd account email verification code”. If it is not in your main email folder, please check your junk and spam folders.

5. Go to the Watercare registration page that you still have open and put your verification code into the "Verification code" field. Click the "Verify code" button. If the verification code has expired, click the “Send new code” link to send a new code to the email address specified in the “Email address” field.

6. Next, enter a password in the “New password” field and make sure that the password adheres to the password rules.

The password must be between 8 and 16 characters and must contain at least 3 of the following:

  • Lowercase character
  • Uppercase character
  • Digits
  • Special character (@ # $ % ^ & * - _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ' , ? / ` ~ " ( ) ; .)


Example of a valid password: Password@123
Please do not use this password on your account.


7. Enter your chosen password again in the "Confirm new password" field. Make sure that you enter the same password in the "New password" and "Confirm new password" fields.

8. Complete the registration process by clicking the "Create" button. The button must be green for you to click on it. If it is not green, review your form to check that all the information you have entered is correct.
